Az az igazság, hogy eluntam a fiatal anyukák jógadvd-jét, és mivel jelenleg esélyem sincs élő embertől leckéket venni, ezért beruháztam egy új oktatófilmre. Erről ezt írták:
"(..) It should be noted that asana practice is the first of seven stages or practices of hatha yoga. Hatha yoga, although having minor references made to it in the ancient Upanishads and Puranas, was, it seems, developed by the Nath sect and is a rather recent addition (6th-8th century) to the paths to yoga. Hatha yoga is the only path to yoga that explored asanas to any degree; Patanjali mentions just four and they are all seated asanas.
Asanas are steady, comfortable postures and nothing else. They cannot be altered in the now fashionable 'vinyasa' formulas as they will not achieve what they are meant to. And what they are meant to achieve is divine and no one should short change themselves by wasting their time and money on nonsense 'yoga' classes and DVD's such as this."
Felmerül a kérdés, hogy akkor ez a vásárló egyáltatlán miért rendelt DVD-t? Ha nem jutok a nirvánáig, akkor csak magamat okolhatom.
